Budget at only 10 million dollars, "American Pie" has grossed over 5,000,000 since its release in 1999 making it the biggest teen comedy of all-time. Spawning several sequels, "American Pie" is simply a well-acted and funny film that all audiences will enjoy. The plot involves four teenagers attempting to lose their virginity before highschool graduation. The title refers to the fact that having sex actually feels like "apple pie": once you view the film you'll know more. Seanne William Scott, who plays the supporting role of Stifler, steals the film with his cuteness and brave acting chomps, and he would go on to actually star in other "American pie" films. The DVD is loaded with bonuses including on-location interviews, commentary, trailers, and more. There is also an informative booklet that accompanies the set. A perfect film to view on a Friday night!

What else can you say about this movie - its great, classic lines, classic characters. Loved it then and still watching it now. Can't imagine a "greatest comedies of all time" without this movie on the list. But even more, its a great coming of age movie - to anyone in their 20's during this time, just brings back great memories.
